Our Private Equity and Finance practice group has extensive experience serving the specialized needs of participants in private equity, mezzanine and permanent debt, and other complex financial transactions. Our client base includes private equity investment funds, private equity management groups, and institutional as well as individual investors. We assist these clients in structuring, negotiating and executing leveraged acquisitions and venture capital and growth financings, and dispositions of investments.
