Business Immigration

Our Business Immigration practice group counsels, assists and represents our clients in all of their employment-related visa and immigration needs before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Embassies and Consular Offices as well as the federal and local Labor Departments. Our practice concentrates in the preparation and presentation of all non-immigrant employment visa petitions, including B (business visitors), L (intra-company transferees), H (specialized occupations, E (treaty traders and investors), and O and P (athletes and artists) visas.

Our practice is mainly focused on assisting our clients in the importation of the finest global talent in the computer software, business solutions, petroleum marketing and distribution, financial, engineering, and entertainment industries into the United States and Puerto Rico. We also counsel and assist our clients in procuring employment-based permanent residency and naturalization petitions for their expatriate employees.
