We maintain foremost our clients’ economic interests and use our experience and familiarity with sophisticated matters to provide efficient, result-oriented advice.
Our team’s core strengths include complex and sophisticated creditors’ rights representation on behalf of financial institutions. We also represent non-traditional banking clients including hedge funds and private equity firms, in distressed finance transactions and acquisitions. Our core expertise includes troubled commercial and real estate loans, workouts, and enforcement of the rights of creditors of insolvent or bankrupt entities.
