Rafael J. Toro Estrella

Rafael Toro Estrella is an Associate in the Corporate Department since 2023. Prior to joining Oneill & Borges, Rafael accumulated valuable experience in corporate law, intellectual property, and tax incentives. While attending law school, Rafael served as a student judicial clerk to Hon. Judge Daniel R. Domínguez of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
