Patricia A. González Hernández is an Associate in the Corporate Department. She joined O’Neill & Borges in 2023. Her practice focuses on Environmental, Land Use and Energy. Patricia’s professional career has been concentrated in the environmental sciences, working in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges, Patricia was working as an Environmental Consultant and Project Manager with a local environmental firm. She also worked with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst for Proyecto ENLACE for the Caño Martin Peña project. While in law school, she served as an Associate Director of the Critical Legal Studies Journal of the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law and as a Judicial Law Clerk for Hon. Judge Olga Birriel Cardona in the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals as part of her Tutorial Clinic. She authored the law review article “¿Estándares des-estandarizados? “Las puertas abiertas” ante la Pandemia del COVID-19 en materia de regulación ambiental contra el cambio climático”, 16 Rev. Crit.
