Juan A. Aquino

Juan A. Aquino is a member in the Corporate Department. He joined O’Neill & Borges in 1995, and has been in private law practice since 1988. Juan’s commercial lending experience includes representing borrowers, lenders and credit enhancers in numerous financing transactions. In the loan workouts area, Juan has been actively involved in representing several financial institutions in the re-structuring and foreclosure of bad loans. In the mergers and acquisitions area, Juan has been involved in several asset and stock transactions for local, stateside and international clients. His real estate experience includes representing several clients in the areas of residential, commercial and tourism developments.

Juan has represented several clients in a number of real estate financing transactions and in a number of transactions involving the leasing, sale or acquisition of commercial and industrial properties.
