Jomarys García Nieves

Jomarys García Nieves joined O’Neill & Borges LLC in 2024 as an Associate Attorney in the Litigation Department to support the department in the preparation of its cases. Ms. Garcia holds a BBA majoring in Finances, with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico, Aguadilla. In 2023, Jomarys graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Inter American University de Puerto Rico, School of Law. That same year, Jomarys approved the bar exam with 97%, placing her in the top 10 candidates with the highest scores.

During her law school years, Ms. García was a member of the Student Council, served on the Board of Law Review Vol. LVII, was the teacher assistant to Dean Julio Fontanet Maldonado for Criminal Law and Evidence Law classes, and finally, was selected to receive the “Copa Presidente” Scholarship for her excellent academic performance.
