Telecommunications

We represent clients in connection with the telecommunications industry in Puerto Rico. We have represented clients in the process of obtaining telecommunications certifications necessary to operate in Puerto Rico. We assist clients in the preparation and negotiation of certifications applications and in evaluating and answering the orders and investigations of the Puerto Rico Telecommunications Regulatory Board. We also assist clients in evaluating proposed regulations and orders, and in submitting written comments and proposed amendments to regulations and orders. We further represent clients in connection with filings and regulatory compliance matters.

We have also represented various clients in connection with the acquisition and sale of telecommunication towers and related facilities in Puerto Rico. The firm has also assisted various clients in connection with permits applications and transfers, negotiating leases and subleases, and the transfer of assets.
