We have an extensive intellectual property practice, which ranges from registration of trademarks, assignment of trademarks, drafting of intellectual project licensing agreements, prosecuting infringing uses, defending from infringement claims, and opposing registration applications, in such diverse industries as radio broadcasting, perfumes and cosmetics, food products, hotel/hospitality/restaurant, funeral home, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing plants. We have significant experience in taking adequate judicial and non-judicial measures to protect both registered and unregistered marks. We are also correspondent local counsel for a number of U.S. law firms in the trademark area.

In recent years, we have been involved in cases related to software and industrial design, copyrights, trademarks, patent trolls, among other.  We have also assisted our clients to promote an investigation in the United States International Trade Commission in Washington DC., to prevent the import of infringing products.
