Government Contracts and Procurement

Our Government Contracts and Procurement practice group is comprised of attorneys from the Corporate and Litigation Departments who have substantial experience in a wide scope of issues related to public contracts and bid proceedings. We represent clients in bid and request for proposal proceedings, successfully defended and challenged bid awards, litigated before bid boards and appellate courts, and negotiated contracts with government agencies. We have also counseled government agencies on substantive and procedural issues, and drafted requests for proposals and procurement regulations.
