Nicole J. Berio-Dorta

Nicole J. Berio-Dorta is a Member in the Corporate Department. She joined O’Neill & Borges in 2011. Nicole’s practice concentrates in corporate law, real estate and commercial lending. She has represented various financial institutions, such as Banco Santander Puerto Rico, Banco Popular de Puerto Rico and Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, in the granting of credit facilities to both public and private entities. Also, Nicole was part of the legal team representing PR Asset Portfolio 2013-1 International, LLC, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, in the acquisition and management of a multi-million dollar portfolio of non-performing loans and foreclosed real estate properties.
